Self-reported content
Reports are submitted by members of the public. We do not verify every report, and we do not guarantee that any report is accurate or complete. Scores and charts summarise self-reported experiences; they are not findings of fact or legal conclusions.
Review before publication
We review reports before publishing them, against the standards in our review checklist. Publication does not mean we have established that any allegation is true.
Employer responses
Employers may submit a response, which we publish next to the reports where we approve it.
Corrections and removal
If you believe a report is inaccurate, or should be removed, use the corrections and removal form. We review every request.
Anonymity
We do not ask for your name. We do not intentionally store IP addresses in our database. Our hosting providers may keep technical logs, and we may be required by law to disclose information in response to a valid legal order.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or employment advice. If you need advice about your situation, consult a qualified lawyer or an appropriate government agency.
Your submissions
Do not include names of individuals, or details that could identify you or other people, in any submission. Submissions that do so may be removed or rejected.
